Pray the Word
When you pray the Word, you pray the will of God, and you can be confident that He hears you. Find the scripture that covers your situation, and turn it into your prayer.
Pray in the spirit
Praying in tongues builds you up on your most holy faith. There are things your mind cannot articulate that your spirit knows perfectly, and praying in the spirit gives them expression.
Pray with thanksgiving
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." — Philippians 4:6
Thanksgiving is the proof that you believe you have received. Make it the atmosphere of every prayer, and watch the peace of God garrison your heart and mind.
