Understanding True Praise and Worship

Praise is what you do because of what He has done. Worship is what you do because of who He is.

Praise is a declaration

It is loud, it is deliberate, and it is rooted in memory — remembering what God has already done and saying it out loud.

Worship is a posture

Worship needs no occasion. It is the response of a spirit that has seen the greatness of God and can do nothing else.

When the two come together in a congregation, the atmosphere changes, and the atmosphere is where miracles happen.
